TED: Your Brain on Video Games

A bulk of this video focused no how video games can be used for brain rehabilitation. One test showed that subjects who played games for specified amount of time performed better on tests. I found one of the tests that the doctor explained to be interesting. Subjects had to rotate, visualize, and distinguish matching images from a set. It was like exercise for the brain.

Interesting and surprising data: Call of Duty, Black Ops had been played 600 million hours (68,000 years) after one month of its release! Looks like games can also have an addictive effect on the brain.
